Born on Guam and raised in the villages of Barrigada and Mangilao, Jodee started working at an early age for her parents' businesses. It was there where she learned the importance of work ethic and providing the best service for customers and clients while building lasting relationships. She earned her associates degree from the Guam Community College graduating near the top of her class. This awarded her the Merit scholarship to attend the University of Guam where she obtained her Bachelors in business administration with a concentration in marketing.
With 25 years of local real-estate experience, Jodees' passion turned career has led her to servicing clients with various needs over the years. Her clientele being 85% referrals serves as a testament that her expertise and knowledge in Guam's market has led to client satisfaction and exceeded expectations.
Although she embraces that real-estate is a 24/7 career, Jodee does enjoy travelling with her husband and 2 kids, baking, and trying different foods and cuisines. Leading the new agency as the youngest and only male partner, Saran Sachdev brings his 12 years of real estate experience and networking to Hafa Adai Realty.
With Indian descent and Thailand roots, He was born in Guam and raised in the village of Tamuning. Although he is not CHamoru, Saran is as local as they come and has the network to prove it. At a young age Saran helped with his fathers businesses and developed an understanding of hard work resulting in success. He graduated from the University of San Diego with a bachelor's degree in finance. It was in San Diego he decided to dive into the real estate business. With the knowledge acquired overseas, he brought his expertise to Guam to better serve the place he calls home.
Saran did not waste time when establishing his name on Guam in the real estate industry. He leveraged the tools of digital platforms and social media to better serve his clients and provide valuable information to the community. Within the 12 years of experience, Saran has maintained a 90%-95% referral rate and won Pika’s Best Realtor in 2017 and 2019. He also placed in the top 5 from 2017 - 2020. Saran isn’t slowing down either; he is again up for nomination in 2021.
In his down time, he spends time with his wife and 1-year old daughter. He loves to travel, try different foods, watch sports, play basketball, and hangout with friends. Being from Guam holds a special place in Saran’s heart to help his clients. An island educator turned realtor, Lolita Camit brings her 4 decades of academic expertise to Hafa Adai Realty.
Born on Guam and raised in the village of Mongmong, Lolita’s early career calling was to help educate our youth. A double major with a bachelor of arts degree in education and bilingual/bicultural elementary education from the University of Guam, she has played a key role in the development of the public education system. She went on to earn her Masters of Arts in Reading which led to her serving an administrator role at the Guam Community College. Working her way up, she served as a program specialist, Associate Dean, Dean, and eventually an assistant director for development and alumni relations. She was also awarded the administrator of the year and won the Leadership Chair Academy Award.
Lolita’s leadership skills eventually segwayed her into the real estate industry. In her career she has earned the “Rookie of the Year” award, numerous executive club awards, and the 100% club award in just 8 short years. Lolita’s competitive edge is a true understanding of the local market based on traditions, speaking and understanding our local language, and knowledge in the diversity of cultures and ethnicities on Guam. She is also a senior leader in the community with a wide diversity of program involvement. Her acquired skills over the years has led her to setting bigger goals with Hafa Adai Realty. She, along with her partners, knew it was time that Guam needed a local agency where they can support each other and their clients.
When she isn’t helping client’s, she enjoys spending time with her husband, dog, and cockatiel. Her hobbies include dancing, gardening and traveling. To her, the new journey at Hafa Adai Realty embodies our cultural sensitivity, respect and overall passion for providing quality service. She feels the bedrock is trust and care to better serve everyone in the real estate market.
Cultivating relationships is what Libby is about. Her two decades in the retail industry combined with 15 years in real estate provides a unique edge to Hafa Adai Realty.
Born on Guam and raised on Nimitz Hill, Libby's path started after earning the Merit Scholarship to the University of Guam. After two years at UOG, Libby went on a life adventure of sailing from the U.S. mainland to Hawaii and travelling across the Pacific from American Samoa, Fiji, Australia and back to Guam. Once back home, she began a career in retail management for 25 years, even owning Nuts & Grains health food store. It was in the retail industry that Libby learned the importance of customer relationships and quality service. In 2004 she completed the Real Estate Licensing Course and joined RE/MAX Diamond Realty where she earned numerous awards in the Executive and 100% Club. She has served on various GAR committees and took numerous real estate education courses most recently completing the Real Estate Brokers Course.
Libby was raised by the local values instilled in her family by her grandmother, Agueda Johnston including a strong work ethic and serving the community. This gives Libby a special advantage helping locals in the market. Living off-island and travelling to many countries has given Libby a true understanding of the needs of newcomers to the island and how to provide for a smooth transition in their lives. It is no surprise that 90% of her business comes from referrals confirming that she truly cares about her clients and their goals.
A mother of 3 and grandmother of 5, she enjoys sailing, swimming, reading, metaphysics, and puzzles in her spare time. When asked what this new journey with Hafa Adai Realty means to her she states that, "Being a part of Hafa Adai Realty is the next exciting chapter for me. It provides me the opportunity to continue my grandmother's legacy of serving the needs of the community of Guam. I wish to share my years of experience and love for the island and its people with all of my clients and hope to help them discover their ideal island home."
With the passion for helping people as her motivator, Joanne brings her seven years of real-estate experience to Hafa Adai Realty.
Born and raised in southern Guam, Joannes' roots started in the village of Yona. Coming from a political family background - She graduated from Notre Dame High School and received her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Seattle University in 1985 and her Masters Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from California State University in 1987. Making her way back to Guam after school, Joanne started working for the Guam legislature as an analyst. She then pursued her over two decade career at the Guam Community College as a program specialist, eventually getting promoted to Director of the Federal TriO programs. She did not stop there. She moved up as an Associate Dean of student support services where she retired with over 24 years of management experience.
With the drive and determination to try something new, Joanne then started her real estate career in 2015 leading her to Hafa Adai Realty in 2022.
Joanne brings a special advantage to her real estate service. Living on Guam for over 50 years allows her to connect with local clients and help the numerous different cultures and ethnicities with their needs in the industry. Her past professional experience compliments her real estate career perfectly with knowledge of the island community. The newest addition to the Hafa Adai Realty Familia, Derek San Nicolas Johnston brings his marketing and communications skills to the team.
Born and raised in the village of Talofofo, Derek brings the warmth of Guam’s southern hospitality to his work. A graduate from Father Duenas High School in 2001 and The University of Guam with a concentration in Marketing in 2007, he did not waste time in entering the industry. With 8 years of experience in retail and 15 years of sales experience at Moy Communications being the Senior Media Account Executive, Derek understands the value of relationships and delivering on his word.
Growing up on Guam, Derek has an intimate knowledge of the island, people, and culture which brings a special benefit when assisting clients. Derek is motivated to assist everyone with their real estate needs and learn along the way.

The newest addition to the Hafa Adai Realty Familia, Yae Kawauchi brings her young, motivated spirit to a team of veteran agents.
Born and raised in Upper Tumon, Yae is ready and charismatic for the industry. A graduate from St. Johns High School, she started her higher education at the University of Guam but quickly changed career paths to real-estate. She is no stranger to fostering relationships and building camaraderie as she was an assistant coach for the Guam Football Association.
Growing up on Guam her whole life, this opportunity allows her to connect with families and help them find a place to call home while maintaining a relationship with them in the future. She quotes,, “it would be a pleasure to be a part of their journey to find their perfect home on Guam.” She is also bilingual, speaking both English and Japanese. “I would love to use my ability to help families that are looking to relocate.”
One of her hobbies include playing soccer which she has started since 6-years old and also represented the island in multiple tournaments in the Asia Pacific region.
